I rang to enquire whether a replacement motor for my garage roller door was available and to get a quote. This was promtly sorted out by emailing photographs, a quote provided at a very acceptable price, agreed and fitted a few days later at the quoted price and without any messing about at all.

Moved in to our new bungalow to find the electric garage doors were faulty. Contacted the company that installed them (Howlett Garage Doors) for assistance. The following day I was contacted by Ian who made arrangements to call round. On arrival the next day he sorted the problem, gave me advice on maintenance and how to use the doors correctly. He refused any payment saying it was a curtesy call and their business was built on reputation and good workmanship. It was a pleasure to meet someone who was genuine, honest and customer focused. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a good honest tradesman fitting their garage door.
