The customer service rep (Lexi) went back and forth with me for several days sending me countless proofs until i LOVED my design. The sign came out perfectly! I used Howdy Dudey Neon for my Bridal Shower and Wedding. I rented a sign for my Wedding and had a custom made sign for my Bridal Shower. I will definitely use them again in the future, customer service was amazingly helpful and the fact that they're a small/women owned business is always a plus!!

Obsessed with my sign!! And came so quickly

So far not great. My sign was to be delivered yesterday (Wednesday) but now tracking shows Friday which is the day I need it. So much for getting it early to make sure it all works and can be hung. We will see. Fingers crossed.
