Really detailed house check
Really detailed house check. They said it would take up to 14 days to get report back, but it was a lot earlier than that.

I received a level 3 survey
I received a level 3 survey, the process was quick and very detaiked, it was so detailed it flag the dangerous situation we were living in which I submitted to the court. The housing assoication was over long period live in dangerous environment. Thanks to Gary the surveyor who did an excellent job and I cannot express my gratuide, it was worth every penny, you cannot put a price on safety in the flat.
Please use them for thorough survey to make sure your safe, the standard is exceptional.
If I plan to buy any property in the future I'm going straight to houzecheck.
They got my survey in time to go to court with it.
This company is the best thanks Gary.

Wasted expense and missed problems
The booking process was super easy
The survey appointment was carried out within a timely manner however there has been a serious issue with the rendering that was missed meaning we would have spent thousands replacing the rendering which was blown all across the property meaning we're now out of pocket and have had to give up the house. As this isn't a a cosmetic fix as stated I'm rather annoyed and feel we've wasted nearly £700 on a survey which should have picked up on this

Brilliant company. Highly recommend.
Fantastic company. I enquired on the Friday, had a telephone call from them within minutes. Survey was carried out on the following Monday morning and we received the report Monday afternoon. The report was very comprehensive, everything explained at length using the traffic light system and photos of everything that they looked at. Great price as well, told them I had a number of quotes and they beat the cheapest of them. Cannot fault them and would definitely recommend.
