I was looking online for a mixologist for a party and Dan from Housepartybartenders reached out. The pricing was competitive and the service relatively straightforward to understand. The communication running up to the event was clear and the mixologist Laurence was excellent on the night - showed up on time, was super friendly and tidied up before leaving.

Communication was quick and easy. Booked in for 2 bartenders who came well equipped and ready to help. The bar was well presented and as soon as it was quiet, one of them was clearing glasses fr the room. Really impressed with their friendliness and willingness to help! Will definitely use again! Thanks Dan for organising

amazing experience with two bartenders who struck the perfect balance between listening and following my precise instructions, whilst taking the initiative (where appropriate) themselves, meaning that i was unbothered all night and knew i could just let them get on with it and deliver an amazing party! couldn’t be happier and would recommend to anyone hosting an event

Hired two bar tenders for my 40th party on the weekend.
Know there has been some negative reviews written about staff not turning up and communication being slow but my experience was generally good. Initial communication was speedy and Dan was open to what I wanted / needed. Slightly slower replies towards the actual date but both barman did turn up and did a fantastic job, really on it with drinks and getting stuck in. Reasonably priced compared to other companies also so I would recommend.

Lawrence came to mine in the weekend for my Christmas house party and honestly he could not have done enough, in fact I think the party was such a success because of him! He made the most incredible drinks and nobody’s glass was ever empty! I’ll definitely be using them again. Thank you!

This is the second time we've hired cocktail makers / bartenders for a birthday party at our home, and this second time was just as good as the first. All three of the team were extremely friendly and our guests have since said how nice the cocktails were.

There was also excellent communication around the drop off and pick up of the glasses, equipment etc.

Very highly recommended! We'll be using them again for our next party.

Our mixologist was fantastic. Worked super hard for 4 hours. Cocktails were fantastic and all guests had a great time.
Dan at Housepartybartenders was also v helpful and answered my endless questions.

I had an amazing experience with these guys from start to finish! Communication was excellent, responses were quick, and everything felt professional and trustworthy from the first inquiry. Our bartender completely elevated the day with amazing cocktails, great energy, and fantastic service, our guests absolutely loved him! Pricing was really competitive too. I am so glad I found them and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Highly recommend!

The mixologist was brilliant. He turned up right on time, was really friendly and super attentive. He made cocktails just when we needed them and adapted really easily to the flow of the evening. The drinks themselves were spot on. I’d definitely recommend him, and the price was very fair too.

Anton was excellent with communication and arrived early to set up in good time ahead of our event which really put me at ease, Christos was also wonderful and arrived early to prep. He served our guests delicious cocktails in a super friendly and professional manner. Both Christos and Anton, along with another helper packed up quietly and efficiently, making the whole experience seamless from start to finish.

I would give them top marks for their service and cocktail experience - I cannot recommend them more highly and will definitely book them again as a result of this experience!

Can only mirror some of these other reviews about the head office staff.

Spoke to someone earlier, Reny, was all fine. Then got an email at 17:07 with details of the booking but then another email with just my name and q questions mark…

Found odd and rude so called to ask what that email was about and I was admittedly a bit stand offish as to the bluntness of the email.

Apparently they needed to me respond immediately (not that was stated in the email) and when I said “mate it’s been 30 minutes and I’ve been driving”, Reny flew off the handle, cancelled the enquiry and called me a few expletives and to go do something to myself…

Glad that he cancelled it now, as reading these other reviews they would probably have taken the money and run. Avoid at all costs…!

I need to write two separate reviews for this company - The 1 star is for the poor customer service received from Dan in the "events department" for Houseparty Bartenders. The email correspondence was fine to begin with when pushing for a deposit - if not a little aggressive, but then sporadic and rude there after. Any question seemed too much and was answered abruptly.

However! The mixologist that arrived was lovely. (Though he also had been given no details about the job prior!).

Excellent bar tender, best marguerita ever tasted, brilliant waitress too. Prompt, hard working, helpful, no fuss, professional really appreciated by guests. Cleaned up fully before leaving. Fast and clear communication. Definitely recommend and would use again.

The bartender that came to see us was fantastic knew exactly what he was doing and provided a great service would defo recommend him for anyone interested in the same thing.

Considering it was all very last minute from my perspective, the team stood up and delivered. We bought the 75 cocktails option for a corporate function and while the booking process was a touch clunky, we did get it all over the line. The ingredients and glasses were all delivered ahead of time and the mixologist turned on dead on time for set up an hour before the guests He was friendly and professional throughout the evening and cleared up at the end. Perhaps need to smarten up the booking side of it but otherwise no complaints.

Working with house party bartenders to put on my 50th birthday party was great. From the beginning, Dan answered all my questions really quickly and just made the whole thing easy. Then, on the day, Anton arrived about 90 mins before the party. He looked smart, and was all set up well before our guests arrived and also offered to serve our own arrival drinks. The bar was perfect sized for our garden. He managed to serve everyone professionally and the drinks were so good. He even made a few non alcholic drinks for driving guests. The price paid for all this was excellent and we were really happy with the evening. I'd definitely recommend using House Party Bartenders if you are looking for a great bartender for your event.

Steven, our bartender for the evening, was really amazing. Thoughtful, considerate, friendly and he produced great cocktails. The teenagers got on with him as much as the older people did. He left everything neat and tidy and he was just really easy to have around. I’d definitely recommend him and the whole service - it made my party fun and took some of the anxiety away from organising everything!

We had an excellent experience with Omar, our bartender, who came for 3 hours to make drinks for our party of 16. He was friendly, very helpful and the drinks were delicious. Thank you!

Sebastian was fantastic—super helpful, neat, and clearly passionate about his craft. His cocktails were creative and delicious, and he kept everything tidy and professional the whole time. Our team loved him—we’d have him back in a heartbeat!

Very poor experience trying to book with this company, a great shame as there looks to be some great reviews for the bartenders themselves, but those dealing with enquiries were extremely rude and unprofessional, if you, like me, ‘..ask too many questions..’ apparently. I mean.. Wow.
