I ordered a drum major mace from this company. When the package arrived the bag the mace came in had a faulty zip. The mace looked okay at first glance. However when using the mace a brown powder kept coming off in my hand. After the 3rd use the chain broke which I repaired. After the 4th use the chain broke again. After contacting the company they said they couldn’t help because this was outside of 30 days. The product from this company was a disaster and their customer services were even worse.

We ordered two expensive outfits from this company. Payment in full was demanded before any contract for the work was taken. Six weeks ago, we paid the amounts for each outfit. We asked for some evidence that the outfits were in production. We received some pictures for one of the outfits and no pictures for the second outfit. We were supposed to have received these outfits in four weeks. Now the owner, Mohammad Khizer, does not take our calls, does not return our emails and texts. These were extremely important contracts to us as we require these outfits for our wedding.
