I received all 4 filters that I ordered. I have ordered from here several times in the past. The only problem is that this time one of the filters had a piece of the plastic housing broken. I think that it will be usable, but when I need to install my next filter, I will know for sure. Overall, I have been satisfied with House of Filters.

Filters fit but have a different locking design compared to the Oem filters. Wish they were the same but at least they will work.

I bought three filters at a great price. Shipping was super fast. The only issue I have is the filter doesn't fit quite as well as the name brand filter and the water flow through it is extremely slow.

If I could give zero stars I would. The filter was described as being compatible with the refrigerator manufacturer's filter. It is not. It was a bad sign that the instructions that came with the filter indicated that it is necessary to insert the filter and turn it very firmly. It was impossible to turn it. I followed the instructions to the letter and attempted to turn the filter with with a lot of effort, short of breaking something. Would the Houseoffilters pay for a repair if the socket would have broken? This filter is worthless and I want my money back.

Filters water just as good as the refrigerator brand for a fraction of the cost!

I purchased 6 replacement water filters from Houseoffilters 6 months ago. According to the website these generic filters were compatible with the original Frigidaire filters [ matched by part number ]. I did not try the filter immediately as I still had a good one to use prior. This week I tried the Houseoffilter filter and it was NOT compatible. I called and spoke with Dee and Veronica in an effort to get a refund. They said they would need to talk to manager/owner since the purchase was over 6 months ago.
Today I received an email that because the purchase was over 6 months ago, they would not issue me a refund and when i asked to speak to the manager/owner, I was told I could not. This is unfair as the company claimed the part was compatible. They are not denying that. This is horrible customer service and I will never purchase anything form Houseoffilters again.
