Poor service order on Wednesday…
Poor service order on Wednesday delivered on Monday after paying extra money for express delivery that said it would be with me on Saturday.Had to pay the plumber call out for Saturday so as you can see I have paid a lot more than I expected .

Efficient and accurate
I wanted some bling taps but wasn't sure whether the colour in the photos were accurate ... so I ordered two different finishes . and I'd choose when they were delivered. The colour in photos was accurate, the return process simple and the refund was efficient. And the taps are lovely too.

Great for shower cartridge
I ordered a shower cartridge, turned out to be the wrong one, sent a photo of the old part, they identified and replaced it with the right one. Speedy excellent service
