The worst costumer service
I placed my order on the 13.10.2025. Didn’t get any response till the 30.11.2025, in which they told me that my order is being prepared. After that I didn’t hear from them for two months, I wrote many mails to which they never cared to answer. I also made a lot of complaints on shopify about the page being a scam and their management of the whole thing. I don’t know if they were “forced” to send the package but on the 30.01.26 I finally received a tracking number from Swiss post and on the 10.02.2026 I received my package on the very end. The product is good and well manufactured but I don’t know if it lives up to paying 120 chf, waiting 4 months and the constant thought of being scammed. In conclusion, I think that the company should really work on their costumer service as much as their AI videos.
