I really don’t even want to,give it one star. Their customer service is horrible. I ordered a robe and never got a confirmation email. I don’t have an account. When I tried to get information about the order I found they don’t have a contact phone number. I had to resort to chat, and they said they’re get back to me. They didn’t. I filled out a form on their website. I couldn’t get the captcha thing right and it always said it was wrong. I tried about 20 times. I found an email address for support and emailed. I got an email back saying I needed to prove I wasn’t a robot and to simply return the email. After that they said I was white listed. I have still heard nothing. So,today I chatted and said to cancel my order. They made me fil out another form and said,they’d get back to me. They haven’t. I,have now contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge. I don’t know what happened to this place. I ordered from them once before.

I spent 7 weeks chasing this company and finally getting a chargeback from my credit card company. These guys aren't even worth 1 star. Site states they are in New York, they are in Pakistan. No receipt or tracking number received. Received an email with a tracking number once the credit card company was involved. Contacted Fedex about tracking number and company had sent it to them in Pakistan then recalled it before it had even left although HOC said my parcel was undeliverable. When I advised it was the correct address never heard anymore. After 4 weeks of copying email trail and chasing Fedex with card company I was refunded, credit to them. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

This company is a complete fraud and scam. If you place an order with them you will never receive any information or your package! The just steal your money! STAY AWAY FROM House of Chenille!

Purchased robe for Christmas. Nap started falling off by April. Sent customer service email asking for help May 12th. I used chat today and they would not respond. Terrible COMPANY.

Ordered nice chenille robe through Etsy. Received robe....marked as medium, but was small. Contacted seller through Etsy app and asked for exchange. Seller (HOC) failed to respond after 6 days. Contacted Etsy and opened case. Etsy refused to do anything because the item was "marked" medium, as described in listing. Lost $100 for robe that's too small.

I ordered a sleep jacket as a gift for my best friend. It did not meet my expectations and I just wanted to return it for a refund. It was not at all soft like the reviews all said. I knew I had to pay for shipping again , but still wanted to do it. The item came with no return form so I had to go to their website and I found a return Request form. I submitted it and they opened an RMA ticket and said I would be contacted with further instructions on how to return. After two weeks and multiple attempts to contact them, I have not been contacted. I opened a dispute with my credit card. I am so mad I ordered from them.

My wife ordered an item that had to be sent over from America, it took weeks to arrive, it was not as described and now that she wants to return the item they are refusing to give details on how to do that. Daylight robbery!!!

I ordered two robes from House of Chenille. They arrived but size was wrong so I tried contacting them. NO RESPONSE I searched on the Internet and found them NOT in New York but in Pakistan.
Yet they are on ETSY and AMAZON???
I have concluded I lost about $l60.00 and will contact the BBB
Please do not order from this website Somehow I think they are frauds and not available to contact

I order a robe that I loved. When it came the cut was so oddly. I tried to contact them but they never responded. It's funny because when I was ordering with questions they responded immediately. The top of the robe is so large and the bottom is so small it is uncomfortable. Now the 30 days have passed no response and it will be my fault. So rude and unprofessional. The robe was 85.00 dollars. Do not shop here. I don't believe they are actually in New York.

It says New York but after waiting numerous days for a shipping confirmation, it is shipped from Pakistan. Over 10 days and my robe is now in Italy. The money was out and completed on my account the next day. I will never order from this place again.
