Beautiful lighting at a great price, fast delivery too. Really pleased. We’ve purchased 3 table lamps and an overhead light too. These look stunning, very sculptural clean lines. Update: We had a disaster dropping and smashing the globe of 1 table lamp, and houseof are being wonderful in taking care of replacing free of charge. Kudos to the team for customer service when it really matters, thank you!

Not very professional
The £10 introductory discount failed to work on my order. No phone number for them so email to customer services. I also queried their p&p policy where it costs more to send if you spend more, unlike most other firms who offer post free over a certain spend. Days later, a reply. By then I had ordered exactly the same product from John Lewis who sent it post free.

Amazing customer experience, love our lights. We have two above the bed and one plug in wall light. The lights were recommended by the designer and we're super impressed. Great quality.

Looks good but order three bulbs when you order
The light looks sturdy and I am sure it will look good when it is installed. However, considering the cost of the light the three bulbs were not included which I had to buy elsewhere.

Fantastic customer service
I took delivery of my gorgeous lamp today (at about 2pm). Disaster struck when I dropped the shade and watched it shatter. My fault totally. I contacted houseof by email to ask if I could purchase a replacement shade. Within two hours Ben replied saying that he would organise a replacement and not to worry. I then offered to pay for the replacement plus postage and was told by Ben that it was all under control and payment was unnecessary. In this age of general iffy service I feel the need to shout from the rooftops that Ben and houseof are wonderful. As an aside, I bought a ceiling light earlier this year and it’s amazing. Great company and brilliant company service.

A prettier but equally useful kind of extension cord…
Very speedy despatch of my order from houseof an goods delivered to my door carefully. I was drawn to the good idea of an extension cable that looked less ugly than the usual ones and one which also had 3-pin and computer sockets, too. Like the look of your lamps but at the moment particularly interested in finding who stocks crown-silver bulbs for my French pie-crust shades and want to buy a portable lamp for flexible lighting in my home.
