What a fantastic company. I ordered a sofa that was otherwise of great quality and lovely for the price but had a fault in the fabric. Housecosy were so helpful at resolving and arranging a full refund. Would order from them again in a flash.

Dining table was delivered within 3 weeks. And the table turned out to be beautiful. One of the legs was slightly scratched and it only took me 5 mins on WhatsApp with the housecosy team to order a replacement.

Lovely rug. But it is far to small for my home. I am not happy with the fact I have to pay £15 to return the rug! It’s a joke why should I have to pay! Glad I didn’t order a bigger rug as the price goes up a lot more. That’s just a way of making money out of people! So they won’t return!!

I ordered the Maverick rug after falling in love with it online, unfortunately when it arrived it was the wrong rug I’d received. Literally two days later the rug was picked up and the correct rug reshipped which I received promptly and without quibble from the team at housecosy.

Rug arrived and now has pride of place in our lounge, and it’s biggest fan (our German shepherd Lexi) has taken up residence on top of it.

Beautiful deep blue sideboard. Solid. Well built and pretty easy to put together. Will last forever. Looks great against a white painted wall. Only problem was it seemed a tad battered in the packaging it arrived in, which has meant a bit of scuffing on the side panels. Rather than a big hoo-ha I thought I'd use some blue paint to touch it up. All fine. Thanks house cosy, will definitely buy again.
