I recently enquired about organising a house and garage clearance after my beloved Nana passed away, and I cannot recommend Alfred and his team enough.

From initial contact to the actual clearance day itself, the service was carried out with dignity and respect. The team worked tirelessly and they even gave the place a clean once they were done moving everything out of the house. Pictures and a video showing every room was also sent by Alfred which I think is a nice touch.

I will be recommending this company for any friends or family who need similar work done.

Alfred responded quickly to my request for an estimate to clear my late sister’s property. He met with us at the property on Wednesday 7th February. He was very friendly, polite and respectful of our situation and took on board all our requirements.

He detailed everything that would be entailed. A date was agreed for the clearance to take place the following Friday 9th February.

Alfred kept us updated online on the day (as we live some distance from the property and couldn’t attend).
The clearance team arrived at 7am and within just over 5hrs everything had been cleared and all the rooms left clean and tidy. Alfred sent pictures of each room cleared and also the shed.

Alfred and his team (Gary, Dan and Damian) really delivered an amazing service clearing my late father's property. Not only did they carefully sort and remove my dad's *many* belongings that I simply couldn't re-home, but they also lifted carpets and cleaned the property ready for return to the council. The amazing service started when Alfred gave me a lift from my own home to the property 30 mins away so that he could view in person, and continued with regular WhatsApp updates and photos of the work in progress, giving me peace of mind that all was in safe hands. While I'd retrieved some sentimental items, the team were careful to leave photographs and other useful items that I'd overlooked, and also took great care to ensure the property was left secure and in good order for the council. Would thoroughly recommend!
