The sale is almost 2% commission but if it sells quick with no hassle as they say, maybe that’s not so bad.

Timing not right for me but will give them a chance to put their money where their mouth is should I decide to sell.

I had all my contact with Mitch who was extremely kind and patient when I had questions about how the process works and about some of the contractual details. We haven't quite been able to complete a sale yet due to problems at our end but this is still no problem for Mitch. He has kept in regular contact while we try to sort out our issues.
