Jacky was very helpful in pointing me in the right direction to sell my property, although it exceeded the £500k limit the firm currently has the conversation didn't end there, she suggested perhaps sending it to auction might be a better alternative and was prepared to suggest an auctioneer. It all helped me to focus on an alternative strategy.

I turned to this service, when the sale of mum's property was hitting a tumbling block. I was fortunate to talk to Jackie Hoffman. Although, the cash offer would not have been high enough, Jackie was brilliant in offering advice for other avenues for me to consider. There was no attempt to pressure me into taking up an offer. Fortunately the sale of mum's has eventually gone through, but I thank Jackie for all the help and support she gave during a difficult time.

Really good information, was honest and up front and had valuations done at own expense.
Provided us with solicitors as well as covering the cost and was a smooth transaction.
Yes the offer was lower than market value but we needed a quick sale and we didn’t have to sign anything up front.

One minute the offer was 184k which was low but obviously for a property on sale for 230k and a fair price understandably they need to make a profit but after the internal valuation reduced the offer to 150k on a property that was completely renovated 7 years ago with a 113 year lease, BEWARE
