Took 10 days to get profile approval and then I paid to be a supporting member they took my money and I can't access the entire site

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Terrible customer service. They deleted my account giving me no reason but the message I received said to contact them so I did...SEVERAL TIMES with NO RESPONSE even though I got a message that they received my message and someone would contact me. I used the website for quite awhile and hadn't done anything different that I was doing and don't understand why my account was deleted, or why they refused to respond to my request to be reinstated.
