  1. Cryptocurrency Service

Written by the company

Houdini Swap is a cryptocurrency swap aggregator built for people who value their privacy and their time. We support 3,000+ tokens across 30+ blockchains, and you can use the platform without creating an account, going through KYC, or sharing any personal information. A common misconception is that we're a mixer or tumbler. We're a swap routing platform. You send one token, you receive another, and if you want extra privacy, our optional anonymization layer breaks the on-chain link between your sending and receiving wallets. No pooled funds, no obfuscation tricks. Just a straightforward swap with a confidentiality option for those who want it. Every time you request a quote, we pull real-time pricing from 30+ swap providers simultaneously. That includes DEX protocols like Uniswap, Jupiter, and PancakeSwap, as well as established CEX partners. You pick the rate and speed that works for you, and we handle the execution. Your crypto never sits in our wallets. Every swap is non-custodial from start to finish. Since launch, we've processed over 1,000,000 swaps totaling more than $2 billion in volume across Ethereum, Bitcoin, Solana, BNB Chain, Polygon, Arbitrum, Avalanche, Tron, TON, and more. The infrastructure runs 24/7 with real-time monitoring and redundant systems backing every transaction. Every swap gets a unique order ID with live status tracking, so you can follow your transaction from deposit confirmation all the way to final delivery, right in your browser. The team behind Houdini Swap is a dedicated group of engineers, product designers, and support staff who ship updates weekly and engage with users directly. We also offer 24/7 live human support. If something comes up or you have a question, you'll talk to a real person who knows the platform inside and out. No chatbots, no tickets that vanish into a black hole. Whether you're swapping $50 of ETH for USDC or moving five figures across chains privately, Houdini Swap gives you the tools to do it on your terms: fast, private, and non-custodial.

Definitely 5 stars

Definitely 5 stars. I made a stupid mistake sending a transaction, and under normal circumstances would have lost my money. The team gracefully manually processed the transaction thus enabling me to safely receive the funds. I can't sing their praises enough. Also their support is excellent, human and not a bot. 5 stars all the way.

Unaudited Data, Token Manipulation, and Total Lack of Transparency

The project has recently abandoned its core commitment to token burns (LOCK token), a move that has left long-term holders high and dry while significantly devaluing the token. When the community asked for explanations, the team’s response was not transparen.

The exchange is not reliable as the data they provide is not externally audited; they report their own figures with zero outside verification. Thousands of investors have been left abandoned by this platform, and I wouldn't risk a single cent here that I wasn't prepared to lose. It is simply not worth the risk.

COMPLETELY SCAMMED BY THEIR OWN PHISHING SITE

I lost my life savings to houdUniswap. com and I’ve tried to reach the official website to atleast make them aware of the situation and see if they can help in some way. I also don’t understand why they don’t have a banner warning on their website as the phishing website is so good that it makes me feel like it’s possible that it’s run by them or an employee. The confirmation # given to me by the fake site is oaGb9wHlZn9NmzMaqZKuvO. If the real site had any genuine care for their customers they wouldn’t ghost me. That’s a very wrong thing to do when someone is dealing with such a sad situation.

We are very sorry to hear about your experience. Losing funds especially in a situation involving a phishing website is extremely stressful and we genuinely understand your frustration.
We want to clearly clarify that the website you mentioned is not operated, affiliated, or endorsed by our team in any way. Unfortunately, phishing sites impersonating legitimate services are a widespread issue in the crypto space, and they are specifically designed to closely mimic real platforms to mislead users.
Regarding your claim, the confirmation ID you provided does not exist in our system and the transaction was not processed through our platform.
We take security seriously and continuously work to warn users about impersonation risks, we do not ignore users especially in serious cases like this, we review and guide you appropriately. That said, phishing websites operate outside of our control, and we strongly encourage users to always verify they are using the correct official domain before initiating any transaction.
we encourage you to, report the phishing website to the relevant authorities and your wallet provider as this may help prevent further incidents.
We truly sympathize with your situation, but it is important to distinguish between third party scams and our actual service.

90,000 stolen from me

I sent them about $90,000 and they said the funds never arrived. I’ve been dealing with support for over a year. I’ve stayed polite the whole time. I send what they ask for. I follow up. Most of the time I just get ignored.

When they do reply, it’s generic and doesn’t solve anything. No clear explanation. No real help. Just the same cycle over and over.

I honestly don’t know what else I’m supposed to do at this point. I wouldn’t trust HoudiniSwap with money after this experience they claim on twitter theyve "Solved every case" and I guess by solved they mean they just steal ur money.

Thanks for leaving a review and We take claims like this very seriously However, we are unable to find any record that matches the situation you’ve described.
We have no unresolved case in our system involving a $90,000 transaction matching your description.
We also do not ignore users for extended periods, particularly not over the course of a year this is not reflective of how our support team operates.
In a case were funds are not received, there is always a verifiable on-chain transaction trail such as the deposit transaction, In every legitimate case, this allows us to clearly determine whether funds were successfully sent, where they were delivered, and what may have gone wrong.
At the moment, your review does not include any transaction hash, wallet address, or ticket reference, which makes it impossible to validate or investigate the claim. Without these details, there is no evidence that this interaction took place with our platform.
We are fully transparent in our processes and have consistently worked with users to resolve real issues, including complex edge cases. Public accusations of “stealing funds” are serious and misleading, especially when they are not supported by verifiable data.
If this is a genuine case, we encourage you to reach out to our official support channels and provide:
Transaction hash (TXID), Wallet address used and the Order ID number or communication details.
We are always willing to investigate legitimate cases thoroughly and provide clear, evidence based answers.

Outstanding Cyrpto swap tool. Best private tool in the market

Gave a try to HoudiniSwap this week and was amazed how this tool was made. The simplicity, intuitiveness and easy of use is out of the charts. I cross chain swapped Solana to ETH with private mode and was such a smooth process. Furthermore, it also showed me every step of the process and its ETA. Incredible and indispensable tool for everyday, specially its private capabilities. Trustworthy place. You wont go wrong using HoudiniSwap

HoudiniSwap.com becomes a SCAM

I processed a SWAP from USDT in Tron Network to Litecoin LTC, in the amount of 146 USDT.

But.... I sent the USDT using TronLink Wallet (the native wallet of Tron), using the GasFree feature.

Here is the feature Explained: support.tronlink . org/hc/en-us/articles/38903684778393-GasFree-User-Guide

That is a feature in Tron Network, that allows you to send tokens such as USDT without using TRX as gas, and instead, you can pay 1 USDT for each transfer.

The gas via TRX is 27 TRX and at the today's price we are talking about almost $10 in fees even for a small transfer of tokens

That's the reason for around 75% of the tokens being sent using GasFree feature due to the fee of 1 USDT.

I saw the note about NOT SENDING from a smart contract. via houdiniswap.com
But I didn't realize that using that feature, the tokens are in fact sent via a Smart Contract. Tron is using a smart contract to make that feature possible.

But......this is a well known Smart Contract, right? And A LOT of other transfers in the crypto world has a smart contract behind.

When I read a note about a Smart Contract to be avoided, I think about a smart contract of my own, in order for the swap service to avoid a money laundering from a Rug Pull job, but nobody can imagine that is about ANY Smart Contract, literally.

As a result HoudiniSwap accepted my tokens, but DID NOT process the SWAP, and the support on Live Chat, acted same as an OBVIOUS SCAM, same as an EXIT SCAM support representative, telling me sharp that in such a case a MANUAL REVIEW is needed, and it will take 5 business days, and .... (everyone's knows those kind of SCAM excuses).

The amount is low, but... I thought is important to start a campaign of letting the world know that a good service (Houdini), suddenly becomes a SCAM.

P.S. It was an honor to donate some money to the Houdini's fortune by participating in their Exit SCAM.
If for a simple thing like that, they arrested my money for 5 business days (in fact 1 week) by telling me that being just an error of mine, they are doing an exception, for me only, by insisting to their Exchange Team to set a resolution within 5 working days.

So...... in other words, they told me that I should say Thank you for having the money arrested and for waiting a week ....maybe.....for some "possible. not guaranteed" conclusion in this case.

I'm not sure how, as they didn't ask for any email address or phone number or any other contact info. So.... how they are willing to inform me about their conclusions??????

It's like I'm the lucky guy, that.....maybe.... they will spend a minute on my case.... thank to the mercy of the scammer at live chat. We assume that if for a reason or another your tokens actually pass trough a smart contract, even without you being aware, the MAIN RULE is to LOSE THE MONEY.

And...... if such a simple and clean case has a complicate and time wasting procedure with funds being arrested, we should wonder what will happen in a more serious or more fragile scenario??????????

Regards

Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand how situations like this can be frustrating, and we’d like to clarify what actually occurred for transparency.
At the time of your transaction, we did not support transfers originating from smart contracts. This was clearly stated on our website, and as you mentioned yourself, you did see the warning prior to sending the funds and ignored it.
The issue here is from the GasFree feature in TronLink, which routes the transaction through a smart contract. While this may not be immediately obvious to all users, it still falls under the category of unsupported transaction types at that time. The result of this is the swap could not be processed automatically and the funds required manual recovery from the liquidity provider.
Your funds were not stolen or seized in anyway, they were in the process of recovery by the exchange partners. These recoveries depend on third party liquidity providers and can take time due to their operational constraints and queue backlogs.
You were clearly informed that a manual review was required and that timelines could be within a few days depending on the LP and ETAs were not guaranteed, which is standard for such cases.
Most importantly, your funds were fully recovered and returned to you in less than the usual time, once the process was completed.
We understand that waiting can be frustrating, but this situation was the direct result of sending funds through an unsupported method despite a visible warning. Our team still proceeded to assist and recover the funds something that is not always possible in these scenarios.
We remain committed to improving both compatibility and communication, and as noted, smart contract support has since been implemented to prevent similar situations going forward.
