Initially was great
Initially was great , hot tub arrived next day , great communication .
BUT , leak in hot tub and I had to go to INTEX the manufacturer to make a claim .
Intex said they send me a replacement Tub , but one month later got email to say my case is closed without any further consultation and I have not received the replacement .
