Great company great service
From start to finish this company has been great for us.
We love our hot tub and we love the hot tub team.
Tracey from the start was lovely and guided us through the whole process of what would best suit us in terms of our needs for a hot tub.
The installation guys were fast and got the job done and cleaned up after themselves.
Great company to buy from and a great experience all round l, we would definitely go back to them.

Hot tub brilliantly serviced in less than 2 hours
Our hot tub has been laid up and neglected since Civid and Sean arrived bang on time and did a major clean up of all the pumps and pipes followed by a full wash of the inside of the tub and cover.He even did some rewiring to the control unit after our deck refurbisher had moved the tub without correctly installing the power cable. What a brilliant engineer this young man is. Faultless service to be repeated next year!

Excellent Service
For past few year we were thinking of buying a hot tub and when visiting the garden centre we popped in to just have a look and ended up buying one! Gill was fantastic and so helpful and discussed the different models and what was best suited for us as a family. On installation day, Lee came and set it all up and explained everything. Would totally recommend Hot Tub and Swim
