This site tricks people into buying something other than what they ordered and overcharges.

I ordered a perfume with free shipping. They sent a different perfume which retails at a lower price. The only way to reach customer service is via email. No one picks up the phone listed. I tried numerous times and their voicemail box is always full. Upon notifying them of the error by email which they responded after the second try, they didn't offer to replace the product or refund the difference in price but instead offered a refund as long as I paid for shipping the product back. Shipping costs usually run around $12. So they are banking on the customer keeping the wrong product that they overpaid for instead of returning the product.

Avoid this site...not worth it!

You get what you pay for….. lesson learned. This was my first experience using this company and like many other reviews I’ve read, it appears that HOTT is selling fake or watered down versions of the product. After spraying the cologne that I purchased for my husband for Father’s Day; you couldn’t even smell the scent. This was totally a rip off if my $200.00+ Please take heed and do not waste your money. It would be better for you to go to a reputable site and purchase it for the full amount and get what you actually paid for.

I bought the Romance by Ralph Lauren because I had been gifted it before and really loved it. However, it was not from this website. This place %110 waters down their perfumes or thins it out somehow. The scent stays for a total of 5 seconds because of it too. I had some of the authentic one left and compared the two. This store needs to refund my money asap because this was $50 water.
