They try to push you off and keep delaying - Dispute the transaction now - credit card companies are aware of this sellers scam and will immediately refund you the money and go after them!

I was so excited about the whale shark lamp that I ordered another one for my brother. Only thing they do correct is give you a tracking of when the product is “complete”. No tracking number for shipping. Only states “item ready to ship”. It’s been weeks. I email and got a respond back that was computer generated and not a live person. The website is a hoax. Still has Christmas sale up. So sad. Put in a dispute to my card companies hoping for a full return for the fraudulent site.

Ordered 4 items on Dec 11th. Been getting the run around from the company. Called my credit card company to dispute the charges. This company is a scam.

Huge scam! They cannot provide the items they claim to sell. They make their money when you finally have to cancel after waiting so long and they ding you for 50% cancellation fee.

Item never arrived.
Their website listed the production time as 3-5 days and standard shipping 4-8 days.
I waited 35 days and received no tracking information or follow-up emails about the order.
I asked for a refund and they said the item was still in production and to continue waiting.

I’d give it zero stars if I could. First, website said 7-9 day shipping. After more than two weeks was told 1-2 more weeks. 2 weeks later they’re saying another 1-2 weeks! FRAUD!!

Ordered a lamp on 29 Nov with expedited shipping and still waiting for it on 6 Jan. Company advised me on 5 Jan it was being made but no firm sending date given despite me requesting this. When I checked online order status it just stated ready to be shipped. First email sent bounced back as could not be delivered

As others said, ordered a lamp early-mid December. Reached out to their support for an eta, was told it will ship out 10-16 days. Followed up 2-weeks later, no response. Followed up with my credit card company, reported it as a fraudulent site. Now, this seller emailed me back telling me it’s handmade and in the middle of production and offered a $10 return. Not worth it!

Ordered a lamp I saw on a Facebook ad they had. The website looked scammy but I ordered anyway because my card has buyer protection. I should’ve known better, product still hasn’t arrived. When I contacted them (twice) they give a prewritten response about being patient because their “products” are “handmade” and are taking longer because of all the orders they received from Black Friday & the holidays. Saw comments on their Facebook page saying people never received their products either. They are a SCAM and I’ll also be reporting to the BBB.

It is a scam. Many people have been defrauded. The website is obviously fake. The reviews are all 5 star, over 18k each and some of the numbers of the reviews are identical. You can’t make 18k of each product and have it handmade.
