Installation and removal of old cooker didn't happen.
My new cooker didn't get installed and the old cooker didn't get taken away even though i paid for this service. I was told by the delivery team i would get an automatic refund for the money i paid for the installation and removal of old cooker but I never got one.

Fast and efficient, hot on the point.
My previous washing machine required replacement and Hotpoint was scheduled to install the new one and remove the old one. I received a text message the day before, which provided a 3 hour delivery window. On the day of delivery, they called 15 minutes prior to their arrival. The delivery and installation was completed waa relatively quick. They also offered helpful advice regarding the optimal wash settings. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

The item washer dryer induction hob…
The item washer dryer induction hob built in oven are all lovely but l paid for them all to be put in and recycled got none of that just delivery one couldnt put washer in other hob and oven was not put our electric wasnt high anove to do it yet it was no problem for our electriction today working prefectly now am just waiting plummer who is busy to come and put washer dryer in.

Poor installation experience
Integrated Dishwasher fitted badly (out of line with units after 2 visits still not fixed, left with water leaking from hose connector, plinth lights broken panel next to dishwasher chipped and dented. 2 visits from installation team and issues still outstanding.

Engineer was excellent …
Initially I had difficulty contacting Domestic and General. All I wanted was to speak with someone!
When I did, the person I spoke to was very helpful, and the appointment was made quickly and the dateI I was given was within a few days
Absolutely no complaints about the engineer. Communication was very good and the engineer was extremely helpful and patient.
The operation is different from any other machine I have had in 50 years
It seems unnecessarily complicated
