Tremendous service from Indi at Hot interiors- Indi absolutely knows his stuff on radiators, he kept us well informed on our product (we wanted chrome towel rail but told us we would be better purchasing a powder radiator for heat output), we opted for Zehnder, electric, quaro spa in telegrey4, we have a Zehnder electric quaro spa in beige quartz so know what quality this radiator is. We waited probably just over a month, well worth the wait! Lovely colour! & can’t wait to have it installed in our new bathroom. The delivery company very good, no damage to the box or radiator 😃 Will definitely use Hot interiors again for our cloak room radiator 😊5stars

Fatastic customer service from Hot Interiors.

Indi is an absolute star and knows his stuff.
Over the past year i have purchased 6 Cornel twin column radiators from Hot interiors. The prices were keen and the delivery times good. the couriers used were also on time and accommodating. My first 3 were bought for builders to instal as part or a refurb of our house. The builders messed the whole plumbing part of the job up.
Indi was on the other end of the phone to put them right, even though they continued to blame other factors than themselves.
Cut a long story short. Indi was 100% right all along and the builders were 100% lying.
the second batch of 3 rads that i ordered were delivered in a similar fashion to the the first 3. Great.
This time I'm installing them myself.
Indi was once again on hand to give some advice about hanging them.
Two days ago i had to contact Indi because I had made myself short of a special sized olive by making a blunder myself.
Indi Actually read my email late in the evening, which i wasn't expecting at all. above and beyond I'd say.
Indi contacted the suppliers and I received the two olives along with associated parts this morning.
Less that 48 hours from me to Hot Interiors to the suppliers and to delivery.
Absolutely electric response.
Anyone that's ever been stuck in the middle of a job of DIY for want of parts will appreciate this enormously. I certainly did

I purchased an electric towel rail from Hot interiors as it offered the best price for the design I wanted . The towel rail arrived on time, but the packaging was torn resulting in damage to the product. This can happen to any company using external couriers, but what distinguished thIs company was what happened next. At 5pm on a Friday night I uploaded pictures of the packaging and damaged towel via email. As I closed my laptop my phone rang and it was Indi from Hot interiors. He apologised for the damage, assured me that he would be contacting the supplier and would update me as soon as he heard anything. By the following Tuesday (4 days later) , everything was resolved to my complete satisfaction (no mean feat as I am quite grumpy by nature and there had been a bank holiday on the Monday).
I am very very impressed . Indi is amazing. I will probably try and find a reason to buy from them again 😀

Indi was very good and he suggested options for the electric element on a Therma Leo towel warmer. Plenty of good communication with a minor issue of the handing of the element head. Good Company to deal with and follow up to check for satisfaction.

We purchased two towel rails as an accessory to a radiator. When we tried to fit them we thought bigger ones would be better.

I called Hot Interiors and a chap called Indi took my call and went over and above both finding a solution and facilitating it.

It was so nice dealing with someone who made it easy rather than a jobsworth.

I would strongly recommend purchasing from Hot Interiors based on my experience.

We purchased a Vertical radiator from Hot Interiors, and although the first radiator was faulty, Indie resolved the replacement model very quickly (the next day a courier arrived) and was extremely helpful.
He is an excellent communicator, so you know exactly what is happening, and when.

Excellent provider, I've used Hot Interiors now many times for our Column radiators and every time the service has been brilliant!
Ordered two more on Wednesday 3pm and received them 8am Thursday!

Very pleased with the effort of Hot Interiors to help me get the product which I really liked.
I've ordered a towel-rail which the manufacturer (a Polish company called Terma) didn't have in stock and due to be delivered in three weeks time. Hot Interiors did their best to keep chasing and updating me regularly and provided with detailed technical specifications so that my plumber could prepare the pipes etc.

As a repeat customer of Hot interiors I am more than happy to leave Indi a glowing review. He made my house renovation a great experience with his in depth knowledge of all things radiator related! Brilliant products and top service. I would recommend anyone to give Indi a call if they need a designer feature in their home.

If I need more radiators I would definitely use them again.

I received fantastic advice and guidance when recently selecting 2 rads. Indie in sales took the time to explain different specs and meant I purchased the correct radiators with the adequate BTU output for the space. Excellent communication through the process including post sale and delivery. Would highly recommend.

Made to order and off the shelf radiators have arrived on time and are good quality. The customer service has also been great from start to finish.

From the moment we picked up the phone to Hot Interiors until we took delivery of the items we have been pleased with the service. We had one contact who was available on phone and email, who was quick to respond and did all he could to speed up delivery to meet our tight time frame. Nothing seemed too much for them. Highly recommend.
