Hotelwiz took my card information and charged it, I was then charged by the hotel itself. Not much of a bargain.

Good rates, but there is almost no information about the hotelroom I have booked.

This company is a scam. I booked a hotel to go see a sick loved one, put in the correct address, and submitted. When I got my confirmation 2 seconds later it said I had booked for a later date. I always double-check the dates so there's no way I put in the incorrect date. I called immediately, told them I had just submitted it and the website must have malfunctioned and put in a different date. They told me to call the hotel and cancel my reservation because they could not change the date and they would try for a refund whatever that means. So the hotel canceled my res. I call them back for days and this same guy Juan tells me the same thing every time. We are waiting on the partners to approve your refund. I also can barely understand this man every time I talk to him and he can not understand me that is for sure. They stole my one hundred and fifty-four dollars. With no goods or services provided. I am reporting!!!
