So I gotta admit I was a little bit afraid before checking in tonight, but let me begin right from the Start. I found this beautiful Hotel on booking.com on Mykonos. Checked it out some more on Google and there I saw the price from hotelsnest which was around 20 percent cheaper. Checked it out in Trustpilot real quick, seemed legit so I booked. Then I got the confirmation Mail - which looked quite improvised: just a bit of text, the adress and number of the Hotel and that was it. Never got anything else - there is also no app or anything to save your bookings. So I did some more through digging - and noticed most of the reviews on Trustpilot are quite new, there is only like 100 of them and quite a lot of them are from profiles with only one Review (such as my own). So I did get a little scared that I may have been scammed. Fast forward: I've checked in half an hour ago, stay was fully paid for and I even got an upgrade to a much nicer room - beautiful Pool View! Don't think hotelsnest got anything to do with that though, thanks to the Hotel though. So would I recommend hotelsnest? I guess it depends. The Overall booking Experience is certainly better with other companies - but if you find them to be cheaper - nothing to worry about I guess.

Everything went very smoothly with HotelsNest. I managed to book my accommodation in Athens for a really accessible price compared to other booking platforms, which I was very pleasantly surprised about, and no issues were reported, as expected, so I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!

Very nice service. I forgot to raise my credit card limit for our vacation (initially it bounced) and they were very helpful and professional about it, allowing me to get it sorted. Great customer service!
I needed to cancel my reservation, and didn't have a profile on the website. I contacted customer support via WhatsApp, and it took a human (!) agent less than a minute to respond.
The whole process took less than 5 minutes, and John, the customer support agent, was very nice and helpful.
Plus, the website had great prices for the hotel I found (had to cancel as my plans had changed).
