Faulty items...no customer service

Ordered 2 bed sets. King-size and additional pillowcases. Order nearly £200.
I have washed them both once and gone bobbly n bitty. Very poor quality which is disappointing because they do feel lovely n soft.
I have attempted to contact them via email...due to not having social media...at least 6 times and receiving no correspondence back. Also attached photos of the complaint.. Definitely not what you would expect. Very Very poor customer services. Not happy! Considering trading standards. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

Quality bedding.

I bought a couple of bed sheets and covers. Excellent quality, excellent price and, fast shipping.

Highly recommended.
