Worst service, there is NO service at all. I paid three days ago and I didn't get server. I got nothing. Tickets without response. It's just a black hole that collects money. After some time my account ws just deleted, so I wasn't able to see the status of my ticket to get my money back. Eventually my bank helped me to get money back with chargeback statement. Avoid this company
Cheap prices for servers located in Bulgaria. Ordered 2 services here & the 2nd one had the wrong OS installed upon logging in after waiting almost 4 days to get access to it. Support replies fairly quickly though & they seem to be competent/refunded me with no issue.
