After a recent admin migration

After a recent admin migration, all seemed OK until the back-end updates. I checked what I knew, opened a ticket, explained and error messages. Got an immediate response. A few tweaks in the config file to point the electronics in the right direction and "Host Presto" all was fine. The response was immediate and a Sunday afternoon as well.

I had an issue transferring my domain…

I had an issue transferring my domain to another external website and not being able to technically proficient person, I contacted the support team to help me resolve the issue. Vanessa dealt with this and was very patient with my inability to do this myself - took the job on herself and effectively and efficiently dealt with the problem - everything is good now and my website is up and running. Very responsive and efficient

The support team was very responsive and efficient in sorting out a new spam email issue. Different team members progressed the solution over a few days, and they all understood the issue and took the trouble to read the ticket's history, so I didn't need to repeat myself. After solving the problem, the team left the ticket open for a couple of weeks to be sure that it didn't recur.
Very good service.

Superb Support from Host Presto

I have been using Host Presto for over 10 years and have experienced execellent customer service and technical support every time i have needed it. My email account was recently hacked, and the HP team were very helpful and fast in their response to this unsettling situation - comprehensive and empathetic support for a non-techy client !

Technical Support that does what it’s supposed to

I messed up while setting up my email service on a new Mac over the weekend. HP technical support were brilliant, real people, contactable and replying within the hour. I've been with Host Presto about 6 years now and I’ve always found them to be straightforward and service orientated, such a difference from the ‘big remote guys’. Highly recommend them.

Great Hosting Company

I have been with this Hosting company for 5 plus years, and they have been brilliant. They are extremely reasonably priced in all their services, and any problems are resolved quickly and efficiently. I can highly recommend their services.

I have used Host Presto for a number of years Over that time I have had one or two issues. Your staff have been prompt, efficient, helpful and very pleasant. Your customer service is on another level and other companies need to learn from you. Great job Great service keep it up

I always get an immediate personal…

I always get an immediate personal response from HostPresto. The first result is AI generated but if you persist with the ticket you get a real human being! The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Great patients with Clients

The great patientsHost presto has with Clients, I have Dyslexia and `ADHD and the team make it easy when `I call in or send a ticket. I would say communicating with Host Presto is Excellent, I have even referred clients to Host presto. They say the Love it.

Oh their customer care is on point!

Hostpresto support is excellent and quick

Hostpresto support is excellent and very quick. I submitted a ticket and had a response that allowed me to correct my problem with how I'd set up my email client, by return. Couldn't be better, and this has been my consistent experience with them over a few years of email hosting. Shoutout to Oscar who sorted out today's problem!

A difficult problem

I had what was, for me at least, a difficult problem with uploading large data files onto my Wordpress website.
I was impressed that I found myself dealing with a team of different technical experts operating at all hours. Bit by bit we got closer and now all is resolved.
