I just renewed my tri-annual hosting with Hostlegends and must say that I am very pleased with their service. In the past three years, I had never experienced any down time for my website. Support tickets are promptly attended to and addressed. Overall, it has been a pleasure to use their service.

I bought this hosting a couple of years ago, just to use for testing projects.

It quickly exceeded my expectations!

Logan and the support team did a great job migrating everything across, and speedily resolved the few anomalies that inevitably occur.

I have to say how satisfied I am with the support team behind my hosting server. Every time I encounter an issue, whether it is a tricky configuration question or unexpected downtime, they respond within minutes with a clear and friendly message. Not only do they reply quickly, but they also resolve the problem almost immediately, which keeps my site running smoothly and gives me peace of mind.

It is rare to find a technical service that combines genuine expertise with such a warm and personal touch. I always feel that they are truly invested in helping me succeed. HostLegends – The Worst $150 Investment, Total Scam!
If you're considering HostLegends, stay far away! My experience with them has been an absolute disaster – from unreliable service, hidden charges, and non-functional tools to shady business practices.

🔴 Unreliable and Poor Support
I purchased a domain and VPS from them, thinking I would have a reliable setup when I needed it. When the time came to use them, neither worked! Their support was completely unresponsive, leaving me stranded without any help. I had to find alternative solutions elsewhere, which meant wasting both time and money.

I also paid for additional tools like PageMingo and VidMingo, which were supposed to make website management and video hosting easier. The result? None of them worked properly! On multiple occasions, videos on VidMingo simply stopped working, leaving my course buyers unable to access content. Instead of providing a solution, I had to move everything to Vimeo at my own expense, causing extra costs and unnecessary stress.

🔴 Hidden Charges and Dishonest Practices
Even though I canceled everything on time, they still sent me an extra invoice without my consent! This is, in my opinion, a completely unethical practice where they try to force you into additional payments.

🔴 Bribing Users to Remove Negative Reviews
After I left a negative review, they offered me a bonus if I removed it. Instead of fixing their issues and improving their service, they try to manipulate user opinions. This only confirms how desperate they are to cover up their incompetence.

💀 Bottom Line: Worst $150 Spent – Avoid at All Costs!
This was one of the worst investments I have ever made. The service doesn’t work, customer support is useless, the add-ons are a scam, and they might even charge you for things you didn’t order. Even basic services like a domain and VPS were completely unreliable!

🚨 Do not fall for their false promises! If you need reliable hosting, VPS, or video services, go for trusted alternatives like Vimeo, YouTube, or reputable hosting providers.

💥 Don’t make the same mistake – save your money and avoid the headaches! 💥

Host Legends ran a promo about 14 months ago called TurboVPS hosting. At first it was great. I even upgraded my hosting to the Pro version and purchased their Video upgrade called Vidmingo, which works a little weird but it works pretty well. (that's a separate review though). Anyways, the first year was good and the Plesk panel took some getting used to since I came from a cPanel background but it does the job either way. With that said the Host Legends servers experienced a very large DDOS attack that took down their servers and forced them to move to new servers and make us (me and anyone else that was originally set up on those servers) to re-point our DNS settings to the new servers which I get it, things happen. Then not very long after that, Their new servers were doing weird things and there were times I could not access the back endo f my web hosting and my website/s would be off line and unavailable. After 3 separate incident's, I had to pull the plug on their services and move to another webhosting company, as the community I was building would get frustrated trying to access their business training and materials, which cost me members. I was NOT happy. Long story short, if the deal it too good to be true, it probably is. Lesson learned. I hope they get things fixed soon but in my opinion, I would pass on Host Legends/TurboVPS web hosting and look elsewhere.

I have had difficulties getting my websites built and changing my min doesn't help; however, the support staff at Host Legends has always been patient with me and have continued to work with me until I am satisfied Now, if I could just remember where I purchased my domains. 😂

I had an issue with the way my images were named in my site HTML code. Logan determined the cause of the issue and made corrections. He explained that the names of images that included a space were not being recognized by the browser. He went over and above the call of duty to resolve this issue!

I have been with Hostlegends for a while. I'm still learning what I need to do to get my sites up. They have been helpful to me when I need it. As I continue to increase my website building and experience, I hope that I will continue to get the great help that I have received so far.

I purchased a bundle package but I’m still getting charged for every little thing. They charged me for VPS services of $120 when I purchased it in the bundle. Tech support doesn’t read the ticket entirely and ignores what they want. I can’t use their services. PageMingo.com is always down so my website is always down. Terrible. I like Hostinger better.

At first, I found HostLegends very complicated, being the typical tech-novice that I am. Everyday I will send them an angry email over a 'minor' issue. Their Support Team will patiently read, open a ticket, reply and solve my issues. Within the first month I realized that the platform is not only one of the cheapest in the hosting business but also it's a platform with a whole lot of other services that are all essential in one's day to day hosting requirements.
The only HostLegends tool that, in my opinion, needs serious revamping or outright scrapping is the Page Mingo! It's meant to be a website page builder but even an AI Page Builder does better than it; multitudes of tools scattered all over the workspace, left, right and center, nothing categorized, no submenus... impossible to navigate!
Apart from the Page Builder, for hosting and easy technical support, HostLegends is the place to go!

This hosting service has many valuable assets all in one place with reasonable prices. The customer service support does outstanding work. Quick to respond to any issues I've reported (24 - 48Hrs response). I've transition several of my domains to this hosting service without any problems. Thanks Hostlegends for being a valuable asset to my business.
