Three months passed still no soltion, as they are not willing to solve
Three months passed, Issue still not solved.
Tech support guys always make excuses and are not willing to solve the problem. The problem is with the Hostitbro server, software installation, and support. As I already proved them by installing the same software on cloud servers. But tech staff is not willing to solve the problem and keep passing the time.

The 24/7 customer care number was…
The 24/7 customer care number was switched off.
However, a representative called me from his personal number, but I cannot call someone on their personal number at any time in the night.
Also, I was getting a 'Dangerous Page' warning message from Norton 360 each time I log in or log out of cPanel.
Only if their customer support gets truly professional, I would consider it once again, as their pricing is the best (even for a dedicated IP, I had to pay only INR 165 per month).
