Sorry to hear you feel like you’ve had a bad experience with us, after looking into this I can see you placed your order on the 24th August, today is the 31st so it hasn’t been 10 days. Furthermore there has been a bank holiday which we along with Royal Mail are closed for.
We appreciate any and all feedback but don’t appreciate falsified reviews.
