For this recent Soulmask server I purchased I initially went to GPortal because they had a sale. The experience was a nightmare, Your tech support is LEAGUES above theirs. Speedy responses, detailed easy to follow instructions. That alone is worth staying Loyal. Zack S. was extremely quick and efficient with his help.
