This is a fraudulent website. I purchased a domain 20 days ago. For the past 20 days, I haven't been able to change its nameserver. There's no phone support, and no one is responding on WhatsApp support. My support ticket is open for the last 17 days and no one is replying. And the most shocking thing is that the domain I purchased is still available on same/other website. Do not visit this website.

Hostgenics has the worst support I have ever experienced. Any service-oriented site should prioritize strong customer support, but Hostgenics has failed miserably in this regard. When I raised a ticket, my messages were ignored, causing me significant frustration. My experience with Hostgenics has been very bad, and it feels like they don't care about their customers at all. If this continues, I will be shifting to a new hosting service soon. If you don't have time for your customers, you might as well shut down the company and relax at home. Hostgenics, please improve your customer support to avoid losing more customers.

If you're reading this review, let me tell you that go buy the expensive hosting and don't fall for the "cheap, cheap, cheap" trap like I did. Let me explain why HostGenics is not worth your time or money.

First of all, their prices are indeed lower than other hosting services. But just like their prices are cheap, so are their services. And don’t even get me started on customer support – they have a habit of seeing your messages and leaving your tickets pending for a week. If you contact them on WhatsApp, they read your messages and ignore them as if we got the hosting for free. When you ask them questions, they respond rudely as if we owe them something. If you don't want to answer or don't know the answer, at least say something. Ignoring is just unacceptable.

I was the fool who fell for the cheap prices. HostGenics, keep going, I know you’re offering cheap hosting, but please improve your customer support. Your communication system is terrible. I’m going to switch my hosting now. Sorry, but HostGenics, you need to step up your game.

Avoid HostGenics unless they fix these issues. For now, invest in better, more reliable hosting services and save yourself the headache.

It is a cheater company, that does not provide support and service, which they have claimed on their website. They take only money and don't provide any service. I purchased the domain and hosting from there, but they didn't purchase a domain for me. When I raised a support ticket, they continuously removed my tickets, instead of solving my problem.

Support is not good. Cannot provide all services that are claimed by them. Refund is usually not given at cancellation.

I am not going to review the services because, I have not much time for this but when I saw tha Name Rahul Sharma you can see that just second below from my review, I thought it's time to save anyone business which he trying to ruin just for his business. Rahul Sharma is a owner of a local hosting website named web host, I was his customer and he did cheat on by give worst service on Hosting, every my website crash for some reasons and they gave silly excuse server maintenance etc etc. I tell them to I am switching to hostgenics thus he tried to ruin his image by doing all this I guess. So don't trust anyone mere ko toh bhai best hosting service mili hain. Aap bhi ek month ka service le kar pehle try kr le, kisi par bharosa na kre.

I read some 1-star ratings on Trustpilot for HostGenics, so I was skeptical that this hosting might not be good. However, I couldn't stop myself as they have such cheap plans. I purchased their shared hosting plan for almost a 50% discount that they gave me on request to help grow my small business. To my surprise, this hosting is really outstanding. Everything is working great so far, and I am happy with the services, Website is loading instantly without any downtime. The support is instant, and the support agents are really polite!

I buy a Domain From Hostgenics and i paid by gateway and after 2 hour its showing sold and it did't get me than they said me its a premium domain and increasing price when you guys want proof i attached here proof or my social media contact me i show you and then when i ask for refund they did't do it i have proof also after this review they refund but not complete amoutn they deduct 10% from the name of gatway charge but they using cashfree and cashfree not takiking charges on upi thay charge on paytm or phonepe but 3% but they cheaters take from me 10% or after my complain when i complain cashfree or cosmostown fraud company
