I was having trouble setting up an email and I was blessed to have an incredible representative to help me. Her name was Chris and I believe her last name started with an H. She was not only helpful in guiding me to the exact solution I was looking for. She was very attentive, listened to what I was saying, kind, and had an amazing personality! I really wanted to give her a 7 out of 5, but 5 was the highest. She was absolutely awesome!!!

The issue got addressed and resolved. The delays seemed interminable. I thought the rep might be using a dial-up land line and an 8080 processor.

Sometimes I get in over my head with the amount of customization available on the website, but the customer service is always quick to help me get back on track. The same with billing questions - they are very responsive and helpful.
