Stupid customer service
They just lie to make the things move smoothly.
I was instructed to pay for a server so that I can set the domain from the other account which is set on the free trial account but it didn't work even I paid for it.
I was really frustrated with this customer support.

Their plans become worse and worse and unlimited is NOT unlimited
When I purchased they had great plans. Now their plans become more and more limited. Now to get the same features as before you have to pay 2x or 3x as much. Recently they modified the "advance plan" and you cannot have unlimited free websites anymore, but only 6. What kind of pervert offer is that?
And unlimited is NOT unlimited. Unlimited webspace is limited by only 100.000 files (less with other plans) and only 5000 MB MySQL quota. These limits are not advertised (hidden) when you buy.
By the way, because the hosting is on windows server you will encounter a lot of problems (php scripts not working properly, wordpress plugins, etc).
Very disappointed with hostbuddy. After my plan expires I will definitely move to another hosting. For beginners and really simple websites hostbuddy will be sufficient. Good luck.

Free Trial without credit card is awesome.
Initially I didn't have any knowledge about hosting web application. Wherever I tried for trial all were asking for credit card details and I didn't want to share it with them. Finally I found hostbuddy.com. Its very simple developer friendly and Easy to use. I'm well satisfied by their services. Please carry on with Free Trial without credit card. Qlick installers works great. I tried Wordpress and phpBB forums. I suggest adding Vanilla forums. It is easy to install them using FilleZilla but it would be awesome if they work as quick installers.
