Terrible service. They suspended my hosting because they said my website had malware. I paid for a year, and they suspended my hosting without warning. I realized when I checked my page that I couldn't log in anymore. I complained, and they told me they suspended my hosting because I had malware. My page only had text and photos. Terrible service. It happened to me twice on different accounts. They're a bad, unreliable company.
And not only is the service bad, but also the customer service. They leave you waiting for many hours, they respond after hours and the answers are curt, yes, no, maybe, they don't give you complete explanations. I paid for 1 year of service and they suspended my hosting after 3 months. I preferred to go to another company, this company is not trustworthy at all.

I purchased a hosting service from Host25cent over eight months ago, and I was never able to use it. From day one, there were constant errors, and the support team never provided a real solution. Every time I asked for help, they either gave vague answers or didn’t solve the problem at all. In the end, I lost all the work and files I had uploaded, and now I am left without a functional service. This has been the worst hosting experience I have ever had, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

**Emails could not be delivered to Gmail** They lacked support for a standard security protocol, rDNS pointer records, which makes deliverability to providers requiring such out of the question, and makes email security questionable. The support person initially denied there this was an issue, and then later acknowledged the issue and said it was not a problem, before finally adding some support for PTR.
**Service suddenly stopped working** This was not with any change to my domain's DNS, nor my cPanel options, so it was most likely a problem with Host25Cent. The support person denied that there was a problem, and then accused me of not configuring my DNS correctly (which had not changed since when the service had been operational). I began moving to another provider after about 60 hours of downtime, so I can't say whether they ever fixed it. But 2 and a half days is a long time to not have a fix.
**No Refunds** They denied my request for a refund. To be fair, the service had been 4 of 6 months into its term, but it also was not likely to be considered fit for use from the start, due to its lack of PTR support. I did not use it until 3 months in, so so I did not know until then that it was unfit.
I also accidentally paid for another 6 months of the service; I thought the reason the service wasn't working was because of a billing issue - and panicked - and thought they had simply gotten the date wrong due to setting up their invoicing server wrong. But the issue actually was with them, like prior times; now a spontaneous failure of their service.
They denied my request for refunding said unused portion of the service, also, made not 3 days after the payment. This is - by consumer protection laws - questionable, and their previous statements - defaulting to accusing the customer rather than fixing the problem - may demonstrate bad faith.
**Comment to Host25Cent's reply:**
Gmail was **not** deliverable, not to my own gmail account, and not to others, initially. I didn't test Outlook or Yahoo, as I don't send to them. But per Google's Email Sender Guidelines, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are required for bulk senders to gmail, although these are recommended for small senders too. It's generally a good idea to allow PTR for SPF. The IP given to my email/web service, if shared with other users, might qualify as a bulk sender. After a PTR was added for SPF, emails would at least show up in inboxes, although as spam until marked otherwise.
There isn't any decent reason to not give a refund for the completely unused portion of service.
Edit on 07 Aug 2025: Additionally, they appear to have no way to cancel subscriptions. And they've charged me twice now for one item - once weeks ago when I by mistake clicked something, and once today during some automatic billing that is not clearly adverted and doesn't appear to have a GUI to cancel - for a subscription that I weeks ago asked to cancel. Because of this, I changed my rating from 2 stars to 1 star.

And They have no license to cPanel so not trustworthy and to take the icings on the cake they claim to have litespeed but is just fake litespeed and also no license will not recommend

For as far by now, my expriences with this company are great. I'm surprised by the great support for this price. For now 5-star rating because of that. Let's see the coming year if I keep satisfied, also with the uptime. I cannot say by now, because i'm a new customer. I will come back to this review later to share that also.
Highly recomend host25cent hosting. It has many important unlimited features like bandwidth. Works pretty fast for me as user from EU. And there is Cpanel for such low price. Just great.

It probably has a fairly steep learning curve for beginners. I myself fall into the "Advanced user that hasn't had to work with web in decades," which means Google and now ChatGPT have become my best friends. But with those tools, and the tools the host provide, I feel as I can pretty much do what ever I wish. Customer Service isn't flashy, but its effective. In 3 service years I have had to submit 2 maybe 3 tickets, and each has been closed out in under 24 hours. That being said, if you have some technical knowledge, perhaps some AI help, and a decent understanding of DNS, you can save yourself a pretty penny, which is all that the Chief Financial Wife cares about.

i woud recomend it! also they got like 45 plans for the same price for some reason, but oh well more for me!
all in all, if you have a website whiht medeum to small trafic, and dont want to spend 100000 dollers a month on hostin it, i HIGHLY recomend host25cent!
