They took my money and refused to give it back, even though I never received the service I paid for. Luckily, my Visa helped me get my money back they confirmed that they successfully withdrew it directly from the clinic but it took months of stress, documents, and endless emails.

I will not give up on my rights, because what they did is unacceptable. The surgeon himself was probably the only professional person there, and that’s the only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 he placed the implants correctly. The rest all 0 stars.

But everything else was a complete disaster! The staff had no idea what they were doing, the communication was terrible, and Emrah Kurt, the so-called “chief,” had absolutely no control over his team. They don’t even notice when their employees steal from patients, and they clearly don’t know how to place crowns properly.

This place doesn’t act like a medical clinic it acts like a business run by people who only care about money. Never again.

Sinan, Dr Madina at Hospitadent and the rest of the group there are SCAMMERS. Stole my deposit, and demanded very weird documents. Wanted my banking information. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Go to a real dentist. This place was made to scam international customers

Avoid Hospitadent Istanbul if You're from the USA

I am a US patient who made the huge mistake of getting dental implants at Hospitadent in Istanbul, Turkey. This has been an absolute nightmare experience that I deeply regret.

The Problems:

Despite promising a 5-year warranty on my prosthesis, they are now refusing to honor it and won't see me for follow-up care
Made 5 trips back to Istanbul over 4 years for various dental issues - each time costing me thousands in travel expenses and time off work
They knew full well that no US dentist would touch work done abroad, essentially trapping me into their "care"
Persistent problems with my implant that they refuse to properly address
Total lack of accountability for their substandard work
Financial Nightmare: What seemed like a cost-effective solution became exponentially more expensive than US treatment when factoring in:

Multiple round-trip flights to Istanbul
Hotel accommodations for each visit
Lost wages from time off work
Ongoing dental problems that remain unresolved
Warning to Fellow Americans: Do NOT fall for the "dental tourism" trap to Turkey. The initial savings are completely wiped out by the need for multiple return visits, and you'll be stuck with no local recourse when things go wrong. The quality of work is subpar, and their "warranties" are meaningless.

Save yourself the money, time, and stress - get your dental work done in the United States where you have proper consumer protections and can actually hold providers accountable.

I started my implant treatment with Dr. Fethiye Çağlar Özşahin about a year ago. For years, I had been postponing it out of fear, as dental treatments always made me anxious. However, the moment I met her, I felt an immediate sense of trust, and the whole implant procedure turned out to be incredibly smooth and comfortable.

From the moment I walked into the clinic, I was welcomed with warm smiles, and I was impressed by the professionalism and dedication of the doctors, surgeons, and the entire team.

Although I live in the UK, I make sure to visit once or twice a year for my routine check-ups and dental cleaning. I’m truly grateful to have found such a reliable, caring, and highly professional clinic.

My doctor throughout all the years - Dr. Esra Melike AKDOĞAN. She is not only the most profound dental professional with extraordinary medical skills, but also an exceptionally kind and caring person with a deep dedication to her patients. Her administrative team is very efficient and fluent in many languages. My coordination manager, Mirella, walked me through the whole process, from booking an appointment to managing the treatment schedule to following up on my well-being after the procedures seamlessly and in the best possible way. Mirella‘s professionalism sets the standard for excellence in administrative services. It really feels like a family here. Highly recommend.

This clinic was recommended by a friend living in Istanbul and don’t regret my choice. From start to finish, everyone was very professional, respectful and most importantly honest. The facilities were excellent and much better than the last dentist I visited in Ireland. I had no issue during the treatment (two implants) and very happy with the final result and my smile. The cost was a fraction of what I would have paid home (including flight and hotel).

I was treated 2 weeks ago at Hospitadent clinic in Alanya by Doctor Ali, after a consultation in Amsterdam by them Turkish dentist, I was very impressed by the specialists that were present, the new equipment with the latest technology, you really get something for your money, and you feel that you are well advised, in six months I will definitely go back to finish the rest of my teeth, I thank Mrs. Aisha very much for her patience and I thank the young man behind the reception who did his best as an interpreter so you get all the information correctly translated, I wish them good luck and see you soon

With great gratitude I want to review the wonderful clinic where I had my teeth completely restored. I was kindly received by the head doctor Oğuz Kara and I fell into the caring hands of Tuğba Kara, I also had one complicated wisdom tooth removed by the surgeon Ammar Derviş. Throughout my treatment I was accompanied by the translator Dildar, which made the process understandable and not scary. I am very pleased with the result and my beautiful new smile. I can happily recommend the clinic if you want to get wonderful service, a painless process and a great result.

It was very positive experience. Treatment plan were made during the first visit and we started the process right away. All the doctors were very attentive to all my complains and concerns. I can't say it was easy time of my life but clinic were trying to make it as smooth as possible. I'm very satisfied with the result.
