A “must-have” tool for AirBnB owners

I LOVE Smartbnb and could not imagine running my short term rental without this tool. Their customer service is outstanding and the amount of time this tool saves me is incredible. Smartbnb has helped me maintain my Superhost status by providing great communication with my guests for over 2 years now. Well worth every single cent!

Smartbnb is a wonderful app

Smartbnb is a wonderful app. They do an excellent job of wording and formatting great messages to your guests for you. I have been using them for a few months and have been happy with the results. Even the experience I have had with their customer service has been great. They are prompt and very helpful. I would recommend new and experienced host to use Smartbnb for the property/guest management.

Smartbnb has been tremendous in helping…

Smartbnb has been tremendous in helping me close more of booking inquiries and ensuring a consistent guest experience throughout the whole guest stay duration. It has given me a competitive edge in market as others have a significantly lesser response time. Smartbnb as a company are very trustworthy and understanding to all aspects of the STR business and are always eager to help you grow during the good times or survive the down times. I would highly recommend Smartbnb to other STR operators.

Great customer service

Great customer service, top notch product and a great tool to manage your Airbnb messaging. A bit of a learning curve to take advantage of the deep toolset but it's really powerful once you get it set to automate things.

Smartbnb is a trusted company—Especially now

Smartbnb is a needed expense I have never resented paying. They do automatically what needs to be done and they do it well. When our cottages emptied for weeks to come, I realized we had no one to contact. When I next heard from them, it was to notify me that they we not billing me! How great! Great and trusted company!!

Smartbnb has definitely made my life so much better with automatic messaging and reviews for all my listings.

The only thing that would make them better is if they could take on all the functionalities of your porter with the channel manager and website builder.

Smartbnb automates everything!

Smartbnb has been of great help for me as a host who is busy with my day job. The automatic reply features have been really helpful and amazing to ensure conversion of inquries into bookings. The staff are also very responsive in case you encounter issues with your account. Since I started smartbnb, my bookings have increased tremendously and I have been a Superhost for 18 consecutive months. More power to the team and thank you!
