Ordered a rain sheet. Never received it. After multiple attempts to contact, received an email stating my refund was processed yet never received a refund. This is a scam company.

This is a scam, you will not receive what you ordered and they will keep telling you that they will email you a tracking number and never do. There is a number to call and it goes straight to voicemail.
