DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE ITS A SCAM!! Ordered a costume for Halloween a month before I got an email to say it was dispatched however, it’s a non existent tracking number and the items do not arrive! Disputing the payment with my bank! I’ve contacted the company several times and they do not reply. It’s so sad that people actually do this and scam people out of their hard earned cash!!

I ordered a HALLOWEEN COSTUME for my son on 10/10. As of 11/29 I still have no costume, no communication with the company not for lack of trying, and obviously no refund. DO NOT SPEND MONEY WITH THEM.

I ordered a mask from these people. it is a scam. You never receive what you order and never respond when contacted.

SCAM. Ripped me off for $125.00.

Ordered the mask and got a fake confirmation email. Tried calling and emailing customer support. No response. Shocker. Criminal losers will get what they deserve.

I bought a mask of freddy krueger on 19 October and no news about it. On 22 Oct was the last update and almost one month later still waiting with no news from the company after three emails....

As most other people have said, this company is a scam. I ordered a terrifier costume 3 weeks before Halloween, hoping I could wear it on the day but it never came. I tried emailing the company but my emails always bounced back. Now i have to try get my money back.

Liars. Wont answer email or phone on status of my order. I haven’t received status or my order and it’s been over 3 weeks

I never received my Freddy Kruger package. Also, I was never made aware the costume would come from China. I had to spend additional money on a different costume. Thieves.

HUGE SCAM NEVER BY FROM THIS COMPANY!! ORDERED MY GRANDDAUGHTER THE TERRIFER CLOWN COSTUME AND NEVER RECEIVED IT. TRIED EMAILING AND TRACKING AND NOTHING. IF YOU NOW TRY THERE WEBSITE YOU CANNOT GET INTO IT. IT STATES COMING SOON PUT YOU EMAIL IN. DAM SCAM ARTISTS.

Negative! Scam how horrible that I trusted what I thought was a legit company that could get my child his costume before Halloween. I paid a lot of money, which at the time was worth it, as my son was really looking forward to being the Terrifier for Halloween. His gf got a matching girls clown costume and of course it never arrived. Shame on anyone who can do this to people. Shame on me for thinking once again I could trust a company or someone to help me out. Learning that majority of the world is turning into this. I hope they feel proud ripping all these people off. And more importantly I hope they think it’s funny to have a child keep checking the mail for something that is never going to come. Plus my child spent his own money on this costume that he worked hard for so I will be paying my son back because this is my fault.

SCAM! nothing more to say it’s a scam! Lucky I bought via my credit card and got my money back.

Ordered on the 14 of October for Halloween.
10 days in, no tracking number, no email, nothing.
Called and emailed few times, finally got one response saying package should be delivered around the 29th.
It’s Nov 10 and still nothing, way beyond Halloween! Emailed back few times but nothing.
So far no tracking, no response, no callback, and worst of all no free access to Netflix horror movies as mentioned.

I tried to write a review on their site but all the reviews are marked by the owner only. Possibly all fake reviews as well.

Ordered a mask on Oct. 2, 2024 and they said it would be here in time for halloween! I reached out to them twice via email and then phone. No response on my order. Resulted in filing a credit card dispute, this was a scam! My Advice is to stay away.

Horrible place to do business! I ordered a full costume costing over $100 and on the website it said order now to get before Halloween! That was lie, still don’t have it! Can’t get anyone to answer my emails and to top it off you call the number on there website and goes straight to a voice mail! I just called my bank and reported fraud for these sketchy a$/ people and got my money back. DO NOT USE THEM!! Scam

If I could give them negative stars - I would. I ordered 2 masks on October 13th and have yet to receive them. I still do not have tracking information and was told by the company that I would receive the tracking when the order arrives in the states as their warehouse is in CHINA!!! Nowhere on their website did it say shipping would take this long or that it is shipping from China. They have stopped responding to my emails - refuse to provide order information or a refund. THIS IS SPAM. STAY AWAY!!!

People this is a scam operation out of China. The website and the reviews there are fake. If you place an order they will charge you and you will never receive the product. They will answer one or two emails and then go silent

Yea the worst. Ordered oct 5 said would be delivered by 21st. Still haven’t received and can’t get nowhere with customer service about my money. They say they cancelled order but won’t respond back when I ask where’s my money.worst experience ever. BBB will be hearing from me on this scam business. Don’t fall for it people.

Same as everyone else I ordered full costume on the 13th and here I am Nov 1 and still haven't received anything but a screwed up Halloween party.

This is a complete scam. I ordered on 10/12/24. My son didn't have a costume for his first middle school Halloween dance. I reached out numerous times. I received a half as*ed response after the first email. I emailed 3-4 times after that and zero response. I then called the customer service phone number which rang once and went to a voicemail. I did that a few times and by the 4th try, it was disconnected. I contacted my bank and visa so a charge back could be initiated. I suggest you all do the same, if you have fallen victim to their scam.

Ordered Oct 13th, never received. No tracking number, no response to emails. Total scam. Glad I used a credit card, will be disputing the charges.
