Ordered the BBQ pack. Crap service
Ordered the BBQ pack, only recieved the beer, when I asked about the code for the meat I was told I had it. I forwarded the email I recieved from them to show I had not recieved the code, recieved an email back to say "this address is not monitored" despite having already spoken to someone at that address.

Poor service and nightmare of a website!
Average quality beers, poor service and nightmare of a website!
I've tried to log in to manage my account but it says I need to register. Then when I tried to register it says I'm already registered. I tried resetting my password but it sends me around in circles. I've tried e-mailing Hopsmore but they don't bother responding. As I can't locate a phone number for Hopsmore I can't call.
AVOID THIS COMPANY!
