CAO - Child Arrangements Order Variation / Discharge. This is the 2nd matter I have instructed HopeHolm on and Angelique has not let me down. Again a seamless successful application was approved by the court :-)

Angelique dealt with the solicitors on the other side very professionally. They were very difficult and extremely arrogant with proceedings but Angelique didn't let that worry her one bit.

A small firm like HopeHolm will always look after their clients more than the big firms. Angelique took on my case personally as if it was happening to her so she did everything possible to ensure it was a success. Angelique was very helpful in my case. Soon after she made me a very good deal, she start to investigate and collect all the information she needs. I realised that she took her job seriously and she is a hard worker.
I made an application for my daughter to live with me because her mother is in the hospital with serious mental health issues.
She strategically and successfully protecting my child from a mother who has been sectioned under the Mental Health Act. Angelique is definitely the best family law solicitor and I recommend her to anyone who needs help on family law matters. She helped me get a 6-month order so that my ex-partner cannot harras me anymore. On the day of the first hearing, the other party was trying to make the tables turn and wanted to withdraw the order, but with the statement and evidences Angelique help prepared I got the injuction eventually. She is so cared and patient on every question I have, and even gave me reference to other civil/criminal solicitors.

Angelique has been extremely helpful and sympathetic in guiding us through a very difficult process in my children matter court case. I was having great difficulty arranging acceptable visits to see my son. The court were extremely unhelpful did not reply to requests nor were willing to consolidate two different court hearings in different courts. However, Angelique’s dogged persistence and excellent advice resulted in a very successful court outcome. She was also able to engage an extremely competent and experienced barrister. This resulted in the court cases being consolidated and more importantly a fact-finding hearing was avoided and no section 7 report was ordered.
