This is my third time to book my travel itinerary with Raavi and I must say she keeps on exceeding my expectations. She really went the extra mile of sending me 20 options for my latest booking becuase of my indecisiveness about it. Worst experience ever and will never use this company to book my flight. I missed my connection, they sent me 8 hours to the wrong time zone, had a 5 hour layover and missed my friends rehearsal dinner. Went to Switzerland of all places all customer service agents were rude to my friend and I. Don’t book with these people! Kylian the rep, did nothing to assist me in getting any sort of refund from Hop2 or Air Cañada.

This travel agency is a shady business in the way they lure you to buy cheap tickets but they would require you to go to 2 different airport during transit within only certain limited time. This would put you high risk for missing your flight connection and even get lost in a country you might not be familiar with. So be careful when you booked your flight with them and pay attention to the airport they connect you with or you will have to deal with paying higher fee when you want to change your flight last minute. I’d highly recommend not to book flight with this shady business travel agency.

Run as far as you can from them. They sold me tickets that were basically invalid according to American's unaccompanied minor policy. i did provide the children date of birth before buying the tickets and they still processed the transaction. in the end they refunded me, withholding $300 cancelation fee that American charged - bear in mind I did not cancel, American refused to board the children since the tickets were not issued in accordance to their policy. Now they are completely silent again and the Nicole lady is no longer responding to emails. They are in the business of issuing airline tickets and they should know if the tickets they have issued are eligible ones and they failed in that. I should not be paying for their incompetence.

Worst service ever. I am trying to reschedule my parents flights from India. They dont have enough flights and they dont even give you refund or credit. Its like once you book with them you stucked with them forever. They never even call you. There is always either chat or email. And my issue was assigned to some guy name Fabio and he promised to call within 2 -3 hrs but took 2 weeks to give an options for flight which is not what we asked for. I booked with many other travel agencies but they always tried to solve your issue. This travel agency is scam. Please dont book with this travel agency ever. I know they give you cheaper price but trust me its not worth it.

Rex (Travel Consultant) made it super easy for me and a friend to book our flights!
He found us great deals and made sure our flights were confirmed, even though we had a minor hiccup - where he cancelled my friends booking because he thought I made an error in booking the dates, as my friends return will be different than mine. He was quick to contact his team and reverse the cancellation and confirm both bookings were successful and that the both of us received the email confirmations.

I paid for the most expansive package and it did nothing—trying to get help was a wild goose chase because every employee simply referred me to another without helping, then the employee who contacted me never responded after giving me false information. After changing my flight schedule 5+ times, which I did requested a change for, they voided my ticket with no explanation. After returning it, they did not respond to any requests to change and simply told me my issue was resolved. Never using this company again.
