Terrible customer service from receptionist

If I could rate a zero, I would.
I just had one of the worst experiences with a customer service rep from Hoover Locksmith. The young lady did not identify herself, so I do not know her name, but she has a very ugly disposition. She purposely hung up on me twice! She was so rude and definitely has no business working in customer service, especially answering the phone for a business.
This young lady did not even attempt to try and help me. All I wanted was to ask a technician a simple question, and she refused to let me speak with anyone, or even give someone a message to call me at their convenience. She may have even known the answer to the question, but she wouldn’t even allow me to ask.
I know if I had this negative interaction with her, then have as well.

This representative of Hoover Locksmith has definitely caused me not to ever use Hoover Locksmith Smith in Hoover Alabama.

Again, all I had was a simple question about a sliding glass door lock. I also wanted to ask the technician if the company sold locks that I can purchase. She had the audacity to tell me that if I’m not requesting service to my home, she doesn’t have anyone who can answer a question for me. Then she said I am out of their service area. Hoover is literally the next city over from where I live, so that was just an outright lie.

For quality assurance, I sure hope that the call was recorded. The owner needs to listen to how she’s treating customers and potential customers. She is causing the company to lose a lot of business, which equals money.
