Rare Part, Prompt Service
We needed a part for an older style of gate-latching device. We couldn’t find it anywhere else on the web. When we did locate and order it from your site, your service was speedy. The latch was delivered within just a few days. We would definitely order from Hoover Fence again.

Great gates! Lack luster communication!
I love the quality of the gates. They have held up exceptionally! However, I had asked to put on an extra panel to the original gate but that's not what I received. They ended up making the doors smaller instead of just adding the panel on the side. Because of the hassle of shipping and waiting already a month, we made those gates work. The only thing I would recommend is to double check the communication.

Great prices compared to the local Home…
Great prices compared to the local Home Depot even with the shipping. The ordered parts worked like a champ. My neighbor said his mom's fence has Hoover Fence Co on the fence that was installed decades ago.
