HootEmpire is a newer key selling site with surprisingly good offers. It allows you to boost your Steam library by checking for games already owned by you and filters them automatically.
I was very positively surprised when I noticed a key for a long delisted game in my casual order of 100 games in my very first purchase.
HootEmpire is a very good site for getting large quantities of games and even games Steam removed from their shop, all for a very reasonable price.
When an order includes duplicate keys, the site owner responds very fast and always makes sure to replace the failed keys.
