I genuinely cannot recommend Hoorah Tickets highly enough.

From start to finish, David has been absolutely exceptional. I was not the most straightforward customer, and there were several moving parts to coordinate — yet at every single stage he was patient, accommodating, and unfailingly helpful. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. No matter how many adjustments or questions there were, he handled everything calmly, professionally, and with such kindness.

What stands out most is that I never once felt like “just another booking.” I felt supported. Listened to. Valued. David went above and beyond to make sure everything was right, and that level of care is incredibly rare.

The event itself turned out to be one of the most beautiful experiences of my life — something I had dreamed about for years. I’m not exaggerating when I say I still get emotional thinking about it. The fact that it all came together the way it did is, in large part, down to David’s dedication and integrity. He didn’t just sell tickets; he helped fulfil a lifelong dream.

I am beyond grateful. If you’re considering booking through Hoorah Tickets, do it — you will be in the very best hands.

I was desperately trying to find Lord of the rings tickets last year but unfortunately the only ones left on the official RAH website were outside my budget range. Managed to find Hoorah tickets and found seats for affordable prices - firstly I was a bit nervous as I didn’t want scammed so contacted Hoorah first who answered my questions quick. Paid for the tickets and got them sent over fairly quickly. Now tonight we’ve went and seen the show (Ian McKellan showed up!!) and I couldn’t be happier with the service Hoorah have given me so thank you so much for the easy and quick service!

I have bought tickets for the RAH several times from Hoorah Tickets and highly recommend them. The seats have all been excellent Stall seats and communication is always prompt and friendly

As a self-proclaimed lover of the arts, I have always enjoyed visiting the Royal Albert Hall but I've sometime been unable to get tickets or struggled to be in the best location. After a friend recommended David earlier this year, I have now used his services a few time, each of which I have been very impressed with his speed of response, friendliness and quality of the seats. I would not hesitate to recommend him and will continue to use him myself.

We found tickets through Hoorah for an otherwise sold out concert and couldn’t believe our luck; especially on face value. David is so helpful and quick to reply with any questions you may have and our tickets were sent to us as soon as possible. Brilliant service - thank you David!

Went to see david gilmour on the 12th October paid nearly doubled for the ticket but didn't mind as it was well worth one of the best experiences of my life

Bought my tickets for the Final Fantasy VII Rebirth World Tour from Hoorah and highly recommend. The tickets were slightly above fave value but the face value was clearly displayed on the purchase site so I was aware I was paying a premium.

By the time I found out this concert was happening, it was sold out. I was desperate to attend and nearly bought 3x face value tickets from an unauthorised seller just to take my chances. Then I found Hoorah. I was worried at first but after checking the Albert Hall's terms of service they confirmed that member's tickets are able to be resold through any means the owner chooses, rather than only through the box office.

I initially purchased one ticket to attend alone, but later someone wanted to join me. Within 5 minutes (literally) of my second order, David had emailed to me let me know that I'd actually bought two tickets on separate rows, and would I like to swap them so me and my guest were sat together, which I did.

There was a slight delay receiving the tickets, but when I emailed David about this he emailed back to explain timelines and why the delay had happened. I then received the tickets within the given timeframe.

We attended the concert today and it was phenomenal. Our seats (grand tier box 18 seats 9+10) had an absolutely stunning view, almost dead centre.

I couldn't ask for a better service, thank you for enabling me to attend my dream concert after it sold out.

I was in a queue of 3000 to get tickets for the BBC Dr Who proms when they went on sale so had no chance of getting good seats; a quick google led me to Hoorah which had fantastic seats in the stalls available at face value. Seemed to good to be true but we received the tickets very quickly and everything went smoothly from there right through to the concert itself where the seat location exceeded expectations - will definitely use them again, highly recommended!

Orders tickets through the company, email co confirmation and invoice come through immediately and professionally. Tickets followed the following day. Would recommend to anyone who didn’t have any luck buying tickets directly.

We used Hoorah to buy tickets for Lord of the Rings with an orchestra. By the time I knew the show existed, it was sold out and the other sites were quoting crazy prices. I hadn’t seen this site before but I’m glad I trusted them as David was very kind and helpful. The tickets I originally bought were more expensive and had a different view but I rang up just in case any closer ones were available. Not only did David find these different seats but he never pushed the more expensive choice and happily sorted everything quickly for me, which I was very grateful for. My boyfriend got these as a 30th birthday present and we both had the best time. I would absolutely use this company again! Thank you David for such great customer service.

Only found out about a show far too late to buy tickets, luckily I found Hoorah Tickets and was able to go and see LOTR at the Royal Albert Hall. Such an amazing experience and hassle free. Thank you!!

Good clear website;excellent seats and fair ticket prices

Had wonderful seats at a reduced price so we were very happy! The Cirque du Soleil was a great evening, perfect box seats with a wonderful view. Communications were great.

Amazing service! Very quick replies to emails when asked questions and updates about tickets, which is lovely as you get a nice peace of mind. Very friendly and great price for sold out show tickets. I will be using again.

Paid over twice the ticket price each for what I thought was a private box at the Albert Hall for 4 people. Turns out we were sharing it with 8 others. Feel ripped off.

Excellent seats at what had previously come up as a sold out event. A fabulous experience.
