I bought the WTF necklace to acknowledge and celebrate going through a tough time recently. I love this necklace! It’s subtle enough to wear everyday while I know what it’s really saying. Subversive in the best possible way.

Love this company - have a number of their items and they were all shipped super fast. I’ve been travelling for a few months and everything has withstood lots of sun, sea, chlorine and sun cream! All still looking banging

Ordered the junglist necklace, I love it more than life. Loads of comments on it too. I lost the first one and loved it so much I couldn’t manage without it so bought another. They came in a delish little gift box, super nice! All the stars.

Hoop + Chains are one of my favourite companies. I've been buying jewellery since they first started up for friends, nieces, everyone. Recently I was desperate to get a rude chain for friend's leaving party in London and I contacted them directly and - guess what - they even delivered it to central London. The quality is excellent. I've been wearing my spinner for five years without tarnishing.

A Christmas present from my best pal which I fell in Love with immediately, wore non stop. I had one little problem with it and H&C immediately solved it, without involving my friend, total hassle free and I now have it on my neck NOT coming off...ever......Fabulous Gift, Fabulous Company, Fabulous & Superb customer service.....thank you to my dear Pal and H&C for ease and care of sorting out every thing so easily ! :-) 10/10 stars x Beautiful necklace LOVE it ! x

Communication and receiving the items I purchased was excellent, and the items themselves were of good quality and quite satisfactory.

UPDATE

They never did send the chain or respond further to any of my emails after the response I received from Scarlett on Feb 24.

I reordered the chain through them (not through wolf and badger) and it came in an earring box (not the necklace box I got with the first chain). There was a promo for free earrings if you spent a certain amount but they could not be added to cart without being charged for them. I emailed about this-got a very timely response and they did include the earrings with my order-so they did well with that.

I then got an email from Katie (one of the owners) asking me about my first order. I replied saying it was not my first order and gave feedback about my actual first experience. Still have not received any reply. Don’t waste peoples time and go out of your way to solicit feedback if you are not going to bother further. Just poor form.

Ordered TWO of same chain through WOLF AND BADGER website from HOOPS AND CHAINS LDN.

I only received one in package. I contacted both wolf and badger as well as HOOPS AND CHAINS through both customer service depts.

After several days Scarlett did reply to my email citing this was human error apologizing and assurance that day or the following day the chain would be sent to me.

This was four days ago-no further reply to emails about tracking the item.

Wolf and Badger could not receive a reply either from this seller (though Hoops and Chains sells on this platform)so they refunded me through their website which sells from this designer.

I have emailed again asking whether this has been sent as I got a refund through wolf and badger and NEED this item as they are matching gifts for two people and one does not work for me and do not know how to go about getting my second one now.

They just do not respond. Original email from myself and wolf and badger feb 18-response from Hoops and chains was Feb 24. They did not ship the item as promised as of today Feb 28. Have not responded to any further emails.

Proper smiley necklace for the old school ravers! Loved it, even better than I thought. Chain and the smiley are both quality with a bit of weight to them. After buying and returning chains and bracelets from another online retailer (manjuras) I was not sure what I’d be receiving but delighted with the purchase. Had loads of comments too! 😊😊😊

Excellent customer service. I originally received the wrong product and this was resolved quickly and easily. Also, I LOVE the ring I bought and I then decided I also loved the one that came by mistake...so ended up buying that too! Fabulous experience all round :)

Really love the quality of the ear rings and my bestie who’s from Brixton was made up with them for her birthday and it made her feel like she’s still south of the river, while living up here in Manchester

Have ordered loads from this company and always so happy but the last order I received my necklace in cheap looking plastic packaging and not their usual box. The necklace wasn’t cheap but it made it look like it came from the market

I bought a necklace that broke the first time I wore it.

When I contact a customer service, they were initially very responsive and offered to replace it.

But now they have not replied to my last two emails.

Do not recommend.

Brand looks great online. I brought some earrings in the sale and they arrived no packaging just in plastic wallet which made them look really cheap. Turned out this had been an error and they then supplied the correct and stylish packaging the day after! Bit of a faff but they tried hard to rectify. Thanks and my friend liked her earrings ☺️
