My order took forever to arrive, it was an overpriced piece of crap. It was a foldable luggage system. I went to use it 2 and a half weeks after it arrive and both zippers broke. When I tried to get customer service, they told me their warranty and return policy is 2 weeks from the day it arrives so they won't do a thing. I support the other reviewers - STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Overpriced junk that takes forever to arrive. They also have the worst return policy with ZERO support from customer service when you have a complaint!
Do not buy from this company! Mass production and not what you order! I ordered a large bed for my dogs that was advertised big enough for a Great Dane! Only a toy size dog can fit! They charge over £50 and offered me back £5 refund! What a joke! Ripped off completely and product is cheaply made!
