Package still hasn’t been sent after 8 days. They don’t answer their email either. Paid 730$ for 3-4 day delivery with promise of sending the same day hence their shipping policy’s. Still not received by UPS 8 days later..

With pre-orders, payment reserves a unit from an upcoming production batch, and the order ships as soon as inventory arrives. The 3–4 day timeframe refers to carrier transit time after the package ships, not the pre-order window itself.

Great Experience with Hooga Health

The customer service team have always replied quickly to inquiries with helpful and accurate information. They truly stand by their products and they have become my first choice in red light therapy products. I now own 3 and waiting for Black Friday to get some more.
They have an amazing selection of items that are reasonably priced and I feel are a great value.
I can’t go more than a day or 2 without using the Hooga red light wrap. I’ve had the most significant health improvements with it. My skin looks the best it has in years with the Hooga red light mask and the insufferable neck pain is relieved using the neck device just a few times. Best prices, best service!

I haven't bought any of their products nor any red light ever, however I'm wanting to and I am writing this review because they have been very helpful in their customer service replies to my email questions over the last few days, answering questions about red light panel decisions and amazon shipping and black Friday questions which is helping me plan a budget and my choices.

Excellent customer service plus great products
This review is about Hoogas customer service which was 10/10. I have a couple of their products and they work great but really I'm blown away by their customer service. I had an issue with the body pod recently and reached out to them. Response time was quick and Tyler and Cord worked with me till I was satisfied. I really wanted to write this review because these products are not cheap and there's always a worry that a company might not honor their warranty but Hooga definitely honored it and the customer service plus 2 year warranty makes me feel secure to buy more products from them in the future. Of course their products are great as well and work wonders. My dad has enjoyed his panel and has said it's worked to reduce his back pain. I can't recommend their products enough and I feel safe knowing my investments in these devices are covered by a great warranty and customer service

Reliable company
Fast delivery from USA to UK. I bought a red therapy belt, which works well. I have been using it for several days and my sleep improved significantly. I use it on different parts of my body (except for the face).
I like it and feel good after using the belt. I gave the belt to my sister who has problems with her knees. Will it help her? It is too early to say. I will. of course, by one more for myself.

Great products. And the warranty they give made me feel safe. Their red light therapy devices are not expensive - compared to other red light companies in the market. Also, I've used a coupon code (EXTRA12) that I've found online and I got 12% OFF my order - which brought the price further down and increased the value to my money.
