Bad customer service
I bought my pricy sandals before summer and they completely fell apart within a month, nicely mailed iloveshoes.dk with pictures of my broken sandals asking for a refund, month later, still no response. Bad customer service.

Very satisfied customer
There was a misunderstanding about the payment method and when I contacted iloveshoes they responded promptly and politely.
Product was cheaper than in the stores by about 175 kr. and was delivered within 3 days . . . probably sooner if I had fully understood their payment method.
I will use them again.

I was looking for shoes I didn't find once again in shops. I looked on several websites, but my size wasn't available, except on this website. As I received them exactly as I wanted, I ordered new ones, the sames because I love them. I already had 3 !

Best customer service ever!
I give my best recommendations for iloveshoes.dk for their super fast, friendly and very much customer-oriented service.
I've orderd shoes for my boyfriend, but in the end turned out to be one size too big. However, there was no problem getting them changed and the new pair was sent a couple of minutes after talking to the customer service assistant online.
I will definitely use their service the next time I am buying new shoes.

Cheap and free swift delivery
Got sandals for 489DKK exactly the same were 699 DKK in shop. Ordered them in the evening, got them on the second day, no hassle, left by DHL in my local blockbuster so I could pick them up whenever it suited me. Delivery was free of charge :)
Would recoment to enyone!
I will be using iloveshoes again!!
